One small thing that helps me stay in the in-between is getting out of my head. When I stay too long in my thoughts, they tend to turn into fear, panic, anger, and frustration — especially when I’m scrolling. So sometimes I close my device and walk away. Other times, I intentionally turn toward things that feel light or playful instead. It’s simple, but it helps me stay here instead of spiraling.

What about you? Is there one small thing that helps you stay?
