Thank you for pausing here with me today.
When I think about healing, I’m reminded of all the times I wasn’t allowed to express myself such as when I was shut down, dismissed, or made to feel small and unworthy. Over time, those moments taught me to silence parts of myself, and I carried that heaviness in my mind, my heart, and my body.

Now, I’m gently unlearning that.
I’m healing my mind by noticing and softening the negative thought patterns.
I’m healing my heart by allowing it to open again so as to give and receive love.
And I’m healing my body with nourishing foods, movement, rest, breathwork, and grounding practices that help release what’s been held for far too long.
