Today, I’m setting a quiet intention to carry calm and peace with me.
I’ll be honest though, it doesn’t always last. My thoughts can get loud, and stress creeps in more easily than I’d like.

When that happens, I try to come back to small things like grounding, stillness, or simple self-care. It’s not a perfect rhythm. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t.

I’m learning to see it as a practice, not a destination. One I return to again and again.
