Carrying everything alone for so long eventually left me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and completely burnt out.

For years, I believed I simply had to keep holding everything together, quietly and on my own. Looking back, I realize that one of the biggest steps wasn't solving all my problems. It was simply acknowledging that the weight had become too heavy to carry alone.

Since then, I've been spending more time in quiet reflection, meditation, breathwork, and journaling. These practices have helped me slowly process emotions I had kept buried for years, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with my inner voice instead of constantly looking outside myself for answers or validation.

Healing hasn't happened overnight, and I'm still learning every day. But I've discovered that sometimes the first step isn't fixing everything. It's finally giving yourself permission to admit, "This is hard."

Has there been a practice, or even a simple moment of stillness, that has helped you carry life's weight a little more gently? 🤍
