Hello Sylvie,

Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your with me. It really means a lot to know that Sacred Becoming is helping you to think more about your own well-being.

I love that you sat outside with your morning coffee and listened to the birds. Sometimes, it's the simplest moments that can bring us a sense of calm.

It's okay to slow down, take a breath, and just be present in the moment.

Thank you for being here in this space and for sharing your moment with me.

With warmth,

Sandra

One thought stayed with me after writing this reflection.

Listening to the birds made me think about how they never seem to worry about being more successful, more productive, or having everything figured out. They just sing.

It made me wonder how different life might feel if we gave ourselves permission to slow down and stop worrying so much about whether we’re doing enough.

Maybe that’s one of the gifts of nature. It reminds us that we don’t have to prove anything. We can just be.

Have you ever had a moment in nature that made you feel more calm, more present, or simply more like yourself? 🤍
