For me, journaling has become a way of separating my own voice from all the noise around me.

Lately, I have been realizing just how much energy can be spent listening outward to expectations, opinions, fears, and endless distractions.

When I write, I begin to hear something quieter beneath all of that.

Not necessarily answers.

Just truth.

Sometimes the page shows me what I am feeling before I am consciously aware of it. Other times, it reminds me of what truly matters when I have become lost in the chaos.

More and more, I am learning that journaling is not about finding the perfect words.

It is about creating a space where I can listen to myself again. 🤍
